This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is entered into between Volmax Group LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and any User of the service https://geostatus.net, including the GeoStatus mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the service). The Policy applies to all information that the Company may obtain about the user while they use the Service.
The Company takes the rights of every visitor to the Service seriously, as well as the confidentiality of personal data, and takes measures to protect any information provided online.
For the purposes of this Policy, "user personal information" means:
Personal information provided by you during registration (account creation);
Electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier data, hardware and software information);
Date and time of access to the Sites and/or Services;
Geolocation information;
Other information that the user provides about themselves voluntarily when filling out any online forms. Mandatory information is specially marked. Other information is provided by the user at their discretion.
The provision of personal data by the user means the unconditional consent of the user to this Policy and the conditions of processing their personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from providing their personal data on the Service.
When processing users' personal data, the Company is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection" (hereinafter - the Law).
By joining this Policy and leaving their data on the Service by filling out the fields of any online forms, the User confirms the following:
All the specified data belongs personally to the User;
Acknowledges that the User has carefully and fully read the Policy and the conditions of processing the User's personal data specified in the fields of online forms, the text of the Policy and the conditions for processing personal data are clear to the User;
The User consents to the processing by the Company of the personal data provided as part of the information for the purpose of concluding this Policy between the User and the Company, as well as its subsequent execution;
The User agrees to the conditions of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.
The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in Article 8 of the Law, and confirms that by giving such consent, they act freely, of their own free will and in their own interest.
The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This consent of the User is recognized as executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, city of residence.
When filling out forms on the Service, the user provides personal information. The Company assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the forms. The User is solely responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the personal data entered.
The User grants the Company the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage during the reporting storage periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the use of services by the User; clarification (update, change); usage; destruction; depersonalization; transfer upon request of authorized state bodies to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by the User by sending a corresponding written order to the e-mail address info@geostatus.net, specifying the entered personal data. The Service Administrator undertakes to review and respond to the letter within three days from the date of its receipt and take all necessary measures for the irretrievable deletion of personal data from the Service.
The Company undertakes not to disclose information received from the user. Outside the limits specified in this Policy, user information will not be used in any way. Access to such information is available only to persons specifically authorized to perform these works, and warned of responsibility for accidental or intentional disclosure, or unauthorized use of such information.
The confidentiality of the user's personal information is preserved.
The Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.
The Company is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Service, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.
The Company reserves the exclusive right to unilaterally amend and supplement this Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update is indicated in the current edition. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is applicable to this Policy and the relations between the User and the Company arising in connection with the application of the Policy.
